Bokken Yagyu shinkage ryu
School created by Yagyu Munenori and developed by his son Muneyoshi who integrated in the school’s style his experiences of the battlefields and his zen practice.
The bokken has a general shape similar to the Katori bokken but with a blade more flat and more thin. Traditionally used without shoulder on the handle.
L: 98 cm (L: 101 or 103 cm are possible too)
Tsuka (handle’s length) : 26,5cm
Tsuka (butt end): 35 x 25 mm
Kissaki:(tip end)27 x 18 mm
Sori: 15 mm
